INORGANIC COATING COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR COATING INORGANIC COATING COMPOSITION
To provide: an inorganic coating composition which contains a geopolymer as a main component, can suppress generation of cracks in the surface of a coating film and can protect a coated material even if the coating film formed of the inorganic coating composition is thin; and a method for coating an inorganic coating composition.SOLUTION: A coating material contains: as a main component, a geopolymer composed of a latent hydraulic substance and an alkali compound; and contains a filler. Therein, when viscosity of the coating material being measured at 20 rpm and 23°C by a B type viscometer is within a range of 1,000 to 100,000 mPa s, a solid content thereof is 30.0 to 80.0 wt.%, 10 to 40 wt.% of the latent hydraulic substance is contained in the coating material, diameters of particles of the filler fall within a range of 5 to 2,000 μm, and an inorganic coating composition has the diameters of the particles of the filler are greater than those of the latent hydraulic substance, thereby, generation of cracks in the surface of a coating film can be suppressed even if the coating film formed of the coating material containing a geopolymer as a main component is thin, and a coated material can be protected.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ジオポリマーを主成分とした塗料であり、それにより形成される薄い塗膜であっても、その表面に割れの発生が少なく、被覆物を保護することができる無機系塗料組成物及び無機系塗料組成物の塗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】潜在水硬性物質とアルカリ化合物から構成されるジオポリマーを主成分とし、フィラーを含有した塗料であって、その塗料の粘度がB型粘度計で20rpm、23℃で測定した際に1000~100000mPa・sの範囲であり、固形分が30.0~80.0重量%であり、潜在水硬性物質が塗料中に10~40重量%であり、フィラーの粒子径が5~2000μmの範囲であり、フィラーの粒子径が潜在水硬性物質の粒子径に比べ大きい無機系塗料組成物であることにより、ジオポリマーを主成分とした塗料で形成される薄い塗膜であっても、その表面の割れの発生が少なく、被覆物を保護することができるものとなる。【選択図】なし
