To improve accuracy in calculating a soil filling volume and a soil cutting volume by smoothing variation in height data included in construction history data.SOLUTION: A soil volume calculation device 1 virtually divides a construction surface into meshes and calculates a soil filling volume and a soil cutting volume in a construction site by using construction history data in which three-dimensional coordinate data of the respective meshes is recorded, and comprises: abnormal value removal means for extracting and removing abnormal values from height data of the three-dimensional coordinate data of the respective meshes; and alternative value setting means for setting an alternate value of height data to a mesh from which the height data is removed by the abnormal value removal means. The abnormal value removal means extracts the abnormal value of the height data on the basis of height data of meshes located around the mesh, and the alternative value setting means calculates the alternative value on the basis of the height data of the meshes located around the mesh.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
