To provide a floating body device that, even when the device comes closer to a wall of a water passage, can appropriately photograph the wall of the water passage, and can accurately grasp the state inside the water passage.SOLUTION: A floating body device 100 according to the present invention is configured to conduct inspection while being carried inside a water passage, and comprises: a circular floating body 110 floating on the water surface inside the water passage; illuminating devices 120 arranged on an edge 110a of the floating body 110 and emitting light inside the water passage; and three entire celestial sphere cameras 130a, 130b, 130c arranged at an equal interval in a circumferential direction along the edge 110a of the floating body 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
