WATERPROOF STRUCTURE OF BUILDING EXTERIOR WALL
To provide a waterproof structure of a building exterior wall which can improve waterproof performance with comparatively simple work.SOLUTION: An exterior wall part 20 of a building includes an exterior wall surface material, and a sash frame adjacent to the exterior wall surface in a side-by-side manner. The lower end of the lower frame part of the sash frame is positioned below the lower end of the exterior wall surface material. On the rear face side of the exterior wall surface material, a horizontal material 38 extending along the lower end of the exterior wall surface material is provided. The lower frame part is supported from below by a horizontal material 43 extending along the lower frame part. A waterproof sheet 51 has a first part 51a and a second part 51b which extend over the outdoor side of the respective horizontal materials 38 and 43 and are separated by a notch 52 opened upward, and a lower part 51c on the lower side of the respective parts 51a and 51b. The first part 51a is sandwiched between the lower end of the exterior wall surface material and the horizontal material 38. The second part 51b is bent to the indoor side with respect to the lower side part 51c, and is sandwiched between the lower frame part 32 and the horizontal material 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】比較的簡単な作業で防水性能の向上を図ることができる建物外壁の防水構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の外壁部２０は、外壁面材と、外壁面材と横並びに隣り合うサッシ枠とを備える。サッシ枠の下枠部は、その下端が外壁面材の下端よりも下方に位置している。外壁面材の裏面側には、外壁面材の下端部に沿って延びる横材３８が設けられている。下枠部は、その下枠部に沿って延びる横材４３により下方から支持されている。防水シート５１は、各横材３８，４３の屋外側に跨がって延び、上方に開口する切り込み５２により分離された第１部分５１ａ及び第２部分５１ｂと、各部分５１ａ，５１ｂよりも下側の下側部分５１ｃとを有している。第１部分５１ａは、外壁面材の下端部と横材３８との間に挟まれている。第２部分５１ｂは、下側部分５１ｃに対して屋内側に曲げられ、下枠部３２と横材４３との間に挟まれている。【選択図】図３
