To solve the problem that in the sheet roofing material, in the case where the roofing material is fixed with screws, when rainwater blows into the lower surface side of the roofing material, the rainwater penetrates through the fastening holes on the lower surface of the roofing material and runs down the fastening material into the sheathing roof board.SOLUTION: The sheet roofing material of the present invention is laid directly on roofing and fixed to the roof base with fastening screws, and is provided with a plurality of fastening holes on the end side, an upstream water-stopping portion on the lower surface closer to the end side than the fastening holes, and water drainage portions at both ends of the upstream water-stopping portion. When the sheet roofing material is laid, the head side of the upper sheet roofing material is overlapped on the end side of the lower sheet roofing material in the flow direction, with the upstream water-stopping portion in contact with the upper surface of the roofing and the water drainage portions spaced apart from the upper surface of the roofing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】板状屋根材において、屋根材の固定がビス固定の場合、屋根材の下面側に雨水が吹き込んでしまうと屋根材下面の緊結穴から緊結材を伝って雨水が野地板内部に浸入してしまうという課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の板状屋根材は、ルーフィング上に直接敷設して緊結材のビスで前記屋根下地に固定し、尻側には複数の緊結穴を設け、下面には緊結穴よりも尻側に水上止水部を設け、水上止水部の両端には水抜き部を設け、板状屋根材を敷設した際に流れ方向で下段の前記板状屋根材の尻側に上段の前記板状屋根材の頭側を重ねて配置し、水上止水部はルーフィング上面と接地し、水抜き部はルーフィング上面より離隔する。【選択図】 図1
