FIRE RESISTIVE COVERING STRUCTURE OF STEEL FRAME MEMBER
To restrain decrease of fire resistance efficiency of a steel frame member.SOLUTION: A fire resistive covering structure of a steel frame member comprises a steel pipe 12, a plurality of ligneous fire resistive covering materials 30 placed around the steel pipe 12 and fireproof covering the steel pipe 12, a plurality of corner substrate materials 40 having a pair of flange parts 40A bending along corner parts 30C where end parts of adjacent ligneous fire resistive covering materials 30 are butted and with each end part attached, and erected around the steel pipe 12 to support adjacent ligneous fire resistive covering materials 30, and a pair of intermediate substrate materials 70 each formed in a C-shaped cross section, erected between adjacent corner substrate materials 40 in a back to back state, and supporting the ligneous fire resistive covering material 30. A joint of adjacent ligneous fire resistive covering materials 30 is placed on the pair of intermediate substrate materials 70, end parts of the ligneous fire resistive covering materials 30 are attached by machine screws respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鉄骨部材の耐火性能の低下を抑制することを目的とする。【解決手段】鉄骨部材の耐火被覆構造は、鋼管12と、鋼管12の周囲に配置され、鋼管12を耐火被覆する複数の木質耐火被覆材30と、隣り合う木質耐火被覆材30の端部が突き当てられた隅部30Cに沿って屈曲されるとともに該端部がそれぞれ取り付けられる一対のフランジ部40Aを有し、鋼管12の周囲に立てられ、隣り合う木質耐火被覆材30を支持する複数のコーナー下地材40と、断面C字形状にそれぞれ形成されるとともに、互いに背合わせ状態で、隣り合うコーナー下地材40の間に立てられ、木質耐火被覆材30を支持する一対の中間下地材70と、を備え、一対の中間下地材70上には、隣り合う木質耐火被覆材30の目地が位置し、該木質耐火被覆材30の端部がビスでそれぞれ取り付けられている。【選択図】図3
