To provide a fall prevention device having a small number of parts and a simple structure, excellent in economical efficiency, and easy in mounting work to a balcony fence.SOLUTION: A fall prevention device 1 is provided with a plurality of fall prevention plates 10 constituting a fall prevention member 2 along a veranda fence 3, and a clamping and fixing device 6 attached to a support 31 of the veranda fence 3 and fixing and attaching the fall prevention plates 10, the clamping and fixing device 6 is provided with a clamping and fixing body 18, a pressing side clamping piece 19 and a pair of fixed back plate pieces 20, the clamping and fixing body 18 is formed of a fixing part 22 and a body side clamping piece 21, and the fixing part 22 is formed in a substantially U-shape in front-view from a fixing piece 23 and a bottom part 24, a pressing bolt 44 is screwed to the bottom part 24 toward the pressing side clamping piece 19, the fixed back plate piece 20 corresponds to the fixing piece 23 and is formed in substantially the same shape, and the plurality of fall prevention plates 10 are continuously erected along the veranda fence 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】部品点数が少なく簡単の構造で、経済性にすぐれ、ベランダ柵への取り付け作業も容易な転落防止装置を実現する。【解決手段】転落防止装置１は、ベランダ柵３に沿って転落防止部材２を構成する複数の転落防止板１０と、ベランダ柵３の支柱３１に取り付けられ、転落防止板１０を固定して取り付ける挟着固定装置６を備え、挟着固定装置６は、挟着固定本体１８、押圧側挟着片１９及び一対の固定背板片２０を備え、挟着固定本体１８は、固定部２２と本体側挟着片２１から形成され、固定部２２は、固定片２３と底部２４から正面視で略Ｕ字形に形成され、底部２４には押圧側挟着片１９に向けて押圧用ボルト４４が螺着され、固定背板片２０は、固定片２３に対応し、略同じ形状に形成されており、複数枚の転落防止板１０は、ベランダ柵３に沿って連続的に起立して設けられる。【選択図】図１
