FIRE RETARDANT WOVEN FABRIC WALL SUBSTRATE AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF FIRE RETARDANT WOVEN FABRIC WALL
To provide a fire retardant woven fabric wall substrate having fire retardancy with a scrap material and so on of denim woven fabric as a raw material.SOLUTION: A fire retardant woven fabric wall comprises a fiber scrap material 1, a thickener 2, a mineral-derived inorganic material 3, an antifungal material 4, and a pigment 5. As the fiber scrap material 1, a denim fiber made by cutting the denim fabric scrap to about 8 mm is used at a ratio of 55.2%, and as the thickener 2, a mixture of the raw material part number SN-60C of CMC Sun Rose (registered trademark) of the Japan Paper Group and the raw material part number SLD-F1 is used, and as the mineral-derived inorganic material 3, a 200 mesh of mica is used at a ratio of 25.7%, and as the antifungal material 4, the raw material product number R-ZPT of Biocide (registered trademark) of TAISHO Technos Co., Ltd. is used at a ratio of 0.3%, and a mixture of blue and black is used as the pigment 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デニムの織布の端材等を原料として、難燃性を有する、難燃性織布壁基材を提供する。【解決手段】 繊維端材1と、増粘剤2と、鉱物由来無機材料3と、防カビ材4と、顔料5とで構成されている。繊維端材1としてはデニム生地の端材を8mm程度に裁断したデニム繊維を55.2%の比率で用い、増粘剤2としては、日本製紙グループのCMCサンローズ(登録商標)の原料品番SN-60Cと、原料品番SLD-F1との混合物を用い、鉱物由来無機材料3としては、マイカの200メッシュのものを25.7%の比率で用い、防カビ材4としては、株式会社タイショーテクノスのビオサイド(登録商標)の原料品番R-ZPTを0.3%の比率で用い、顔料5としては、青と黒の混合物が用いられている。【選択図】図1
