To provide a liquid quick setting agent that has excellent storage stability, and improves adhesion when used with cement compositions.SOLUTION: A liquid quick setting agent is used with a cement composition containing cement, a polymer, and a fine aggregate. The liquid quick setting agent contains an aluminum component and a sulfur component, and has a peak in the range of the chemical shift from -1.0 ppm to 3.0 ppm inclusive in a spectrum obtained via 27Al-NMR measured with the following conditions: the observation nucleus is 27Al; the sample tube rotation speed is 12 Hz; the measurement temperature is 25°C; the pulse width is 5 μsec (45° pulse); the waiting time is 5 seconds; and the external standard is aluminum chloride aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
