To reduce the winding speed from a position just before the top position of the screen to the top position.SOLUTION: In the winding cylindrical shaft, the starting top, the position adjustment top, the nut, the damper connection member, and the position reset spring are attached to a threaded shaft member. The starting top has a threaded hole that screws into the threaded shaft portion. The outer peripheral surface of the starting top has an uneven shape that conforms to the inner wall of the winding cylindrical shaft. When the starting top is on the threaded shaft portion, it moves in a linear direction in accordance with the rotation of the winding cylindrical shaft. When the screen is wound up to a height just before the top position, the starting top engages with the position adjustment top to rotate the threaded shaft member, and this rotation is decelerated by the rotary damper via the damper connection portion.
