To provide a rain water drainage structure which can prevent a lower roof eaves gutter from being broken due to rain water from a vertical pipe in which rain water from a roof above a lower roof flows and in which the number of down pipes introducing rain water to a ground can be easily reduced.SOLUTION: A rain water drainage structure 1 is installed in a building comprising a lower roof and drains rain water. The rain water drainage structure 1 comprises: an eaves gutter 10 attached to an eaves edge of the lower roof and having a through hole; a vertical pipe 20 which penetrates the through hole and in which rain water from a roof above the lower roof flows; a standing wall 50 covering a periphery of the vertical pipe 20 across the whole circumference and attached to an edge portion of the through hole in the eaves gutter 10; and a rain water merging structure 70 making rain water from the eaves gutter 10 merge into the rain water flowing in the vertical pipe 20 at a position lower than the eaves gutter 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下屋よりも上方の屋根からの雨水が流れる縦管からの雨水で下屋の軒樋が破損することを防止でき、地上に雨水を導く縦樋の数も少なくし易い雨水排水構造を提供すること。【解決手段】雨水排水構造1は、下屋を備える建物に設置されて雨水を排水する。雨水排水構造1が、下屋の軒先に取り付けられ、貫通孔を有する軒樋10、貫通孔を通過すると共に、下屋よりも上方の屋根からの雨水が流れる縦管20、縦管20の周囲を全周に亘って覆うと共に、軒樋10における貫通孔の縁部に取り付けられる立壁50、及び軒樋10からの雨水を軒樋10よりも下側の位置で縦管20内を流れる雨水に合流させる雨水合流構造70を備えるようにする。【選択図】図1
