To provide an information notification system, an information notification method, and an information notification program that can easily acquire information on a work vehicle and notify an operator of the information.SOLUTION: An information notification system 1 including a work vehicle 2, a server 3, and a portable terminal 4 includes: a server side storage unit 41 configured to store related information of the work vehicle 2; an identification mark 28 disposed on the work vehicle 2 to correspond to the related information; a reading unit 55 configured to read, from the identification mark 28, location information that indicates a location of the related information; an acquisition unit 56 configured to acquire the related information by using the read location information; and a notification unit 57 configured to notify of the acquired related information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
