To provide a safety method for removing a modified layer by an amine brushing phenomenon, which is generated on a coating surface of an epoxy-based adhesive resin.SOLUTION: There are provided a removal method of a coating surface modified layer that is a method for removing a modified layer generated on a coating surface of an epoxy-based adhesive resin which coats a mixed liquid of dimethyl sulfoxide and an organic solvent onto a coating surface where a modified layer is generated, and then wipes off the coating part; and a remover of the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
