FITTING AUXILIARY TOOL AND FITTING METHOD FOR METAL FITTING
To provide a fitting auxiliary tool that prevents the omission of fixture implantation and enhances the workability of fitting a metal fitting to a substrate, and a fitting method for the metal fitting.SOLUTION: A fitting auxiliary tool 1 is used when fitting a metal fitting F to the substrate of a building with a fixture, and assists implantation of the fixture. The fitting auxiliary tool 1 has a tool body part 10 having a facing face 10A, which faces a metal fitting face of the substrate, and a holding part 20 detachably holding the metal fitting F. The tool body part 10 has a passing hole 11 allowing passage of the fixture, and a cutout part 12 orthogonal to the penetrating direction of the passing hole 11 and extending in the detaching direction for detaching the metal fitting F. The fitting auxiliary tool 1 holds the metal fitting F by the holding part 20, and when fitting the metal fitting F to the substrate, and is displaced from the metal fitting F by passing a head part of the implanted fixture through the cutout part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】固定具の打ち込み忘れを抑制し、金具を下地材に取り付ける作業性を高めることができる取付補助治具及び金具の取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】取付補助治具1は、建物の下地材に固定具によって金具Fを取り付ける際に用いられ、固定具の打ち込みを補助する。取付補助治具1は、下地材の金具取付面に対向する対向面10Aを有する治具本体部10と、金具Fを着脱可能に保持する保持部20と、を備える。治具本体部10は、固定具を通過させる通過孔11と、通過孔11の貫通方向と直交し、金具Fを着脱する着脱方向に延びる切欠部12と、を有する。取付補助治具1は、保持部20によって金具Fを保持し、下地材に金具Fを取り付けたときに、打ち込まれた固定具の頭部を切欠部12に通過させることで、金具Fから取り外される。【選択図】図3
