To provide a panel for constructing a radiation shielding wall in which countermeasures are devised against leakage of radiation from a joint formed in a seal of the panel, and to provide a radiation shielding wall constructed by it, and a method for manufacturing the radiation shielding wall.SOLUTION: A panel for constructing a wall body for shielding radiation by aligning multiple panels includes a body, and a projection that projects from an end of the body and shields a joint formed in an area to an adjacent panel, the body includes a first layer section exposed to an external environment and a second layer section in which a surface in an external environment side is covered with the first layer section, the first layer section is composed of a radiation shielding body having excellent shielding capacity of radiation and temporal durability as compared with concrete, and the second layer section is composed of concrete. 【課題】パネルの継ぎ目に形成される目地からの放射線の漏洩に対して対策を施した放射線遮蔽壁構築用のパネルと、それにより構築される放射線遮蔽壁と、放射線遮蔽壁の製造方法とを提供すること。【解決手段】複数のパネルを並べて放射線を遮蔽する壁体を構築するためのパネルであり、当該パネルは、本体と、当該本体の端部から突出する形状であり、隣のパネルとの間に形成される目地を遮蔽する凸部とを備えており、本体は、外部環境にさらされる第１層部と、第１層部により外部環境側の面が被覆される第２層部とを備えており、前記第１層部は、コンクリートに比して、放射線の遮蔽能力及び経時的な耐久性において優れる放射線遮蔽体で構成され、前記第２層部はコンクリートで構成される放射線遮蔽壁構築用のパネル、及び当該パネルで構成される放射線遮蔽壁。【選択図】図３
