To provide a panel for constructing a radiation shielding wall in which countermeasures are devised against leakage of radiation from a joint formed in a seal of the panel, and to provide a radiation shielding wall constructed by it, and a method for manufacturing the radiation shielding wall.SOLUTION: A panel for constructing a wall body for shielding radiation by aligning multiple panels includes a body, and a projection that projects from an end of the body and shields a joint formed in an area to an adjacent panel, the body includes a first layer section exposed to an external environment and a second layer section in which a surface in an external environment side is covered with the first layer section, the first layer section is composed of a radiation shielding body having excellent shielding capacity of radiation and temporal durability as compared with concrete, and the second layer section is composed of concrete.
