To provide a snow accretion reducing machine which reduces snow accretion on steel pipe poles to prevent snow from falling off in large chunks and has high weather resistance, and a snow accretion reducing tubular structure equipped therewith.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a snow accretion reducing machine 10 that can reduce snow accretion on a tubular structure 20, and includes a base 1 that can be fixed to a top curved surface of the tubular structure 20, and a sheet-shaped snow accretion reducing material 2 which is adhered to a part or the whole of the base 1 so as to cover the base 1, and is made mainly of silicone rubber. The snow accretion reducing material 2 can cover a part or the whole of an outer periphery of the tubular structure 20 from above the base 1, and a snow accretion reducing tubular structure 30 that has a configuration in which a bottom surface of the snow accretion reducing machine 10 is fixed to the top curved surface of the tubular structure 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
