To provide a pleated screen with good design in which the front ends of pleats at the lower end of a screen do not spread apart when the screen, the lower end of which is connected to a rail material, is folded.SOLUTION: The pleated screen includes a screen having a plurality of foldable pleats arranged in a vertical direction, a rail material connected to the lower end of the screen, and a cord that passes through the plurality of pleats and has one end connected to the rail material to suspend and support the rail material so that it can be raised and lowered. The rail material is suspended from one end of the cord at a position forward of its center of gravity in the front-to-rear direction, so that a force that pushes up the screen acts on the front side of the pleat at the lower end in a state where the pleats are folded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】レール材に下端が連結されたスクリーンが折りたたまれた際に、スクリーン下端におけるプリーツの前端部同士が広がらない意匠性のよいプリーツスクリーンを提供すること。【解決手段】プリーツスクリーンは、上下方向に連なる折りたたみ可能な複数のプリーツを有するスクリーンと、前記スクリーンの下端に連結されるレール材と、前記複数のプリーツを挿通し、一端が前記レール材に連結されることで該レール材を昇降可能に吊下支持するコードと、を具備する。前記レール材は、その前後方向における重心位置よりも前方の位置において前記コードの一端に吊下げられることにより、前記プリーツが折りたたまれた状態で下端のプリーツの前方側にスクリーンを押し上げる力が作用するように吊下支持される。【選択図】図４
