UNDERFLOOR SPACE AIR VENT STRUCTURE OF FLOOR PRECEDING-DOUBLE FLOOR
To provide an underfloor space air vent structure of a floor preceding-double floor that can increase a reduction effect of heavy floor impact sound as compared to conventional ones on a combination of the floor preceding-double floor and a wall structure.SOLUTION: A floor preceding-double floor 100 comprises a floor structure 50 and a wall structure 60. The floor structure 50 has a floor slab 1, a supporting leg 3 arranged thereon, and a floorboard 4. The floorboard 4 is supported by the supporting leg 3, and has an end surface close to a skeleton wall 2 and extending horizontally. The wall structure 60 has a stud 6, a wallboard 7, and a baseboard 8. The stud 6 comes close to the skeleton wall 2, is positioned at intervals in a width direction along the skeleton wall 2, and is supported by an end of the floorboard 4 and extends vertically. The wallboard 7 is fixed at an indoor side of the stud 6 and extends vertically. The baseboard 8 is fixed at an indoor side lower end of the wallboard 7 and extends horizontally, and has a lower end positioned close to an upper surface of the floorboard 4. The floor preceding-double floor 100 comprises: a first ventilation path R1 communicating with an underfloor space of the floor structure 50 and an in-wall space of the wall structure 60; and a second ventilation path R2 communicating with the in-wall space and an indoor space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
