To provide an asphalt mixture capable of easily maintaining water holding performance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an asphalt mixture 1 containing a mineral aggregate 2, a water-holding material 3, and asphalt 4, wherein the water-holding material 3 is a pulverized product of a synthetic resin foam. The synthetic resin foam preferably has a resin skeleton having a polar group, and particularly, a rigid polyurethane foam with a face material is preferable. 【課題】本発明は、容易に保水性能を維持できるアスファルト混合物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、鉱物質骨材２、保水材３及びアスファルト４を含むアスファルト混合物１であって、当該保水材３は、合成樹脂発泡体の粉砕物であることを特徴とする。また、当該合成樹脂発泡体は、樹脂骨格に極性基を備えたものであることが好ましく、特に面材付きの硬質ポリウレタンフォームが好適である。本発明は、アスファルト舗装材料として使用できる。【選択図】 図１
