To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete molded body, capable of retaining a long-term wet curing effect through protection of a membrane-curing agent and preventing dirt from adhering to a surface of concrete, and to provide the concrete molded body.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a concrete molded body includes: a placing step of placing a concrete composition containing a cement and water; and a curing step of hardening the concrete composition to obtain a concrete molded body, wherein the curing process has a curing operation to form a coating layer including a film-curing agent and a titanium dioxide powder on a surface of the concrete composition that has been placed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
