ROOF PANEL AND BUILDING PROVIDED WITH ROOF PANEL
To provide a roof panel which effectively prevents occurrence of dew condensation inside a heat insulating layer of the roof panel irrespective of summer-type dew condensation and winter-type dew condensation.SOLUTION: A roof panel 100 is installed on an upper side across multiple horizontal members 21 extending in a roof transverse direction and arranged at intervals in a roof vertical direction orthogonal to the roof transverse direction. The roof panel 10 comprises a frame body 110 arranged across the multiple horizontal members 21 in a state in which the roof panel is installed, an upper heat insulating layer 120 and a lower heat insulating layer 130 which are supported by the frame body 110 and arranged vertically, and a roof side airtight layer 140 interposed between the upper heat insulating layer 120 and the lower heat insulating layer 130, and the thickness of the upper heat insulating layer 120 is greater than the thickness of the lower heat insulating layer 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
