To provide a western style toilet using only a fixture equipped to a manhole cover without preparing another warehouse, and to provide a western style private toilet.SOLUTION: A manhole cover has a manhole cover body having an openable/closable toilet opening, a hollow cylindrical body extended downward from the manhole cover body, and a toilet seat plate storable in the hollow cylindrical body. The manhole cover can be used as a toilet, by opening the toilet opening, reversing the manhole cover body, and by setting the toilet seat plate at a distal end of the hollow cylindrical body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 別途の倉庫を準備することなく、マンホール蓋に備え付けの備品のみで洋式トイレを提供し、さらには、洋式個室トイレを提供する。【解決手段】 開閉可能な便用開口を有するマンホール蓋本体と、前記マンホール蓋本体の下面から下方に伸びる中空筒体と、前記中空筒体に収容可能な便座板を有するマンホール蓋であって、前記便用開口を開き、前記マンホール蓋本体を裏返し、前記中空筒体の遠位端に前記便座板を設置することで洋式トイレとして使用可能であることを特徴とするマンホール蓋。【選択図】 図１
