To provide a ceramic composition having excellent porous structure that achieves good collection and storage function, good strength, and good abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A ceramic composition contains a sintered compact having a porous structure. The porous structure is composed of a part and/or the whole of tubular particles. The tubular particle has a side wall having the porous structure composed of pores.
