To secure structural strength without lengthening a second gusset plate even in the case where a beam depth of H-shaped steel is small.SOLUTION: In beam joint structure using a beam of H-shaped steel, a first gusset plate is provided between upper and lower flanges of a first beam, the second gusset plate is provided at a web of a second beam so as to be protruded to the first gusset plate side, and the first gusset plate and the second gusset plate are joined by fastening material. The second gusset plate comprises a welding part welded to the web of the second beam, a projection part projecting to the first gusset plate side, and a step part between the welding part and the projection part. A depth of the projection part is formed larger than a depth of the welding part. The step part is welded to the web.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
