STAIRCASE STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STAIRCASE
To provide a staircase having an ascending/descending path with at least a part of it curved in plan view, reduced in manufacturing man-hours of support members compared with a case of using curved support members.SOLUTION: A staircase structure comprises multiple treadboards arranged along an ascending/descending path with at least a part of it curved in plan view, support members extended from one end of the treadboards arranged along the ascending/descending path, formed by combination of multiple linear materials and supporting the multiple treadboards from underside, and adjusting members transmitting the load received by the treadboards to the support members and adjusting the clearances between the support members and the treadborads.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】平面視で少なくとも一部が曲線状の昇降路を有する階段において、曲線状に曲がった支持部材を用いる場合と比して、支持部材の製造工数を低減することである。【解決手段】階段構造は、平面視で少なくとも一部が曲線状の昇降路に沿って並べられた複数の踏板と、昇降路に沿って並べられた踏板の一端から他端まで延び、複数の直線材を組み合わせて形成され、複数の踏板を下方から支持する支持部材と、支持部材と踏板との間に設けられ、踏板が受けた荷重を支持部材に伝達すると共に支持部材と踏板との隙間を調整する調整部材とを備える。【選択図】図1
