SEISMIC ISOLATION AUXILIARY STRUCTURE AND SHOCK ABSORBING MEMBER
To provide a base isolation auxiliary structure and a shock absorbing member sufficiently applicable to an existing base isolation structure, by efficiently absorbing swinging, when an upper structure is largely swung in a horizontal direction, in the base isolation structure in which a base isolation device is provided for the upper structure having a projection part such as facility piping on a wall surface.SOLUTION: A base isolation auxiliary structure 100 is a structure for assisting a base isolation structure including an upper structure 10, a lower structure 20, and a base isolation device 30 located between the upper structure 10 and the lower structure 20, and includes: an opposing wall 26 spaced apart from and opposing a part of a wall surface 12 of the upper structure 10; and a shock absorbing member 40 provided on the opposing wall 26, wherein the shock absorbing member 40 has a foamed resin body 42, the foamed resin body 42 has a shock absorbing surface 44 which is a surface opposing the wall surface 12, and the shock absorbing surface 44 has a recessed part 46 having a complementary relation with a projecting part 14 provided on the wall surface 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁面に設備配管などの凸部を有する上部構造体に対し免振装置が設けられた免震構造において、当該上部構造体が水平方向に大きく揺れた場合に、当該揺れを効率よく吸収することを可能であり、既存の免震構造にも十分に適用可能な免震補助構造および衝撃吸収部材を提供する。【解決手段】免震補助構造100は、上部構造体10と、下部構造体20と、上部構造体10と下部構造体20との間に位置する免振装置30とを備える免震構造を補助する構造であり、上部構造体10の壁面12の一部に対し離間して対向する対向壁26と、対向壁26に設けられた衝撃吸収部材40と、を備え、衝撃吸収部材40は発泡樹脂体42を有し、発泡樹脂体42は壁面12に対向する面である衝撃吸収面44を有し、衝撃吸収面44は、壁面12に設けられた凸部14と相補的な関係にある凹部46を備える。【選択図】図1
