COMPACTION DEVICE FOR TUNNEL LINING CONCRETE
To provide a compaction device for tunnel lining concrete capable of extending a compaction range of lining concrete and improving quality of the concrete.SOLUTION: The compaction device includes: a guide member 22 provided on a gable-end form 16 on a cutting face side of a tunnel lining form 12, the guide member having a guide passage 2202 extending in a circumferential direction of a tunnel 10, a cutting face-side opening 2204 for opening the guide passage 2202 toward the cutting face side, and a pit mouth-side opening 2206 for opening the guide passage 2202 toward a pit mouth side; a flexible movable member 24 movably arranged on the guide passage 2202 while closing the cutting face-side opening 2204 and the pit mouth-side opening 2206; and a vibrator 30 penetrated into a middle part of the movable member 24 in a longitudinal direction while passing through the cutting face-side opening 2204 and the pit mouth-side opening 2206 and inserted into the movable member 24 movably in a longitudinal direction of the tunnel 10. The vibrator is moved in a longitudinal direction of the tunnel 10 by a first movable part 32 and is moved in a circumferential direction of the tunnel 10 by a second movable part 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】覆工コンクリートの締固めの範囲を広げ覆工コンクリートの品質の向上を図る。【解決手段】トンネル覆工用型枠12のうち切羽側の妻型枠16に、トンネル10の周方向に延在するガイド路2202と、ガイド路2202を切羽側に開放する切羽側開口部2204と、ガイド路2202を坑口側に開放する坑口側開口部2206とを有するガイド部材22を設ける。切羽側開口部2204と坑口側開口部2206を閉塞しつつガイド路2202に移動可能に配置された可撓性を有する移動部材24を設ける。切羽側開口部2204と坑口側開口部2206とを通って移動部材24の長手方向の中間部に貫通し移動部材24にトンネル10の長手方向に移動可能に挿通されたバイブレータ30を、第1移動部32によってトンネル10の長手方向に移動させると共に、第2移動部34によってトンネル10の周方向に移動させる。【選択図】図2
