To provide a smart lock device and a smart lock system whose unlocking authority can be easily changes as necessary.SOLUTION: A smart lock device including a communication unit capable of communicating via a communication network, a lock unit that performs locking/unlocking, and a control unit that controls unlocking of the lock unit, in which the communication unit communicates with a first cloud to acquire authentication information for unlocking the lock unit and expiration date information corresponding to an expiration date of the authentication information from the first cloud, and the control unit unlocks the lock unit when authentication performed by a user within the expiration date matches the authentication information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
