To provide an underwater cable line capable of suppressing vibration of the underwater cable and suppressing damage to the underwater cable.SOLUTION: An underwater cable line includes an underwater cable pulled out from the inside to the outside of a structure fixed to the bottom of the water. The underwater cable includes: a first section penetrating the structure above the bottom of the water; a second section in contact with the bottom of the water at a position closest to the first section; and a first region between the first section and the second section, and further includes a vibration rest installed on the bottom of the water so as to sandwich at least a portion of the first region from both sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
