INSERT FIXING JIG AND CONCRETE MANUFACTURING METHOD
To fix insert hardware without opening a hole in a mold form.SOLUTION: A jig body 12 has a substantially truncated cone shape having a substantially circular upper surface 21 and a substantially circular lower surface 23 having a diameter larger than that of the upper surface 21. A male screw part 13 has a substantially columnar shape substantially centered on the central axis of the jig body 12, protrudes from the upper surface 21, and is screwed with the female screw of insert hardware. A magnet 14 is fixed to the lower surface 23 of the jig body 12 and is attracted to a mold form made of a magnetic material by a magnetic force. The jig body 12 may have a recess 24 that is recessed from the lower surface 23 and accommodates the magnet 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
