To provide an end part fixing member which can suppress an exfoliation of an inner face member even in a pre-stage at which a self-hardening filler is filled into a back-filling filling space, and a lining structure of a conduit having the same.SOLUTION: A plurality of inner face members 2 are provided so as to adjoin each other in a circumferential direction of an existing conduit. In a fitting member 4, two attachment parts 21, which adjoin each other in the circumferential direction of the existing conduit, of the inner face members 2 adjoining each other in the circumferential direction of the existing conduit are integrally fitted to each other toward an inner face side of the existing conduit. An end part fixing member comprises a surrounding part 90 arranged at a longitudinal end part of the inner face member 2. When viewed from a longitudinal direction of the existing conduit, the surrounding part 90 surrounds a longitudinal end part of the fitting member 4, and a circumference of the two attachment parts 21 which are fitted to the longitudinal end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
