BASE ISOLATION SYSTEM
To provide a base isolation system improved in its availability to secure safety of a building.SOLUTION: A calculation device 13 determines attenuation coefficient of attenuation devices 61 to 64 based on signals outputted by measurement devices 21 to 24. A monitoring device 14 determines whether or not the calculation device 13 is in an abnormal state through monitoring a state of the calculation device 13. When the calculation device 13 is determined in the abnormal state by the monitoring device 14, the monitoring device 14 determines the attenuation coefficients of the attenuation device 61 to 64 based on the signals outputted by the measurement device 21 to 24 instead of the calculation device 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
