FLOOD PREVENTION DEVICE
To provide a flood prevention device that can be used as a step-free passageway serving as an entrance/exit to a building or a site including a building in peacetime, and that functions as a flood prevention device during disasters such as heavy rain or flooding while also allowing easy evacuation from the outside of a building to the inside of the building.SOLUTION: A flood prevention device comprises: a road surface portion that is placed in a recess formed in a floor surface and is capable of freely transforming from a planar shape exposed at the same height as the floor surface to a stepped shape formed at a position higher than the floor surface; and standing means for switching the road surface portion between the planar shape and the stepped shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】平時においては、建物または建物を含む敷地等の出入口となる段差のない通路として使用することができ、大雨や洪水等の災害時においては、浸水防止装置として機能すると共に建物等の外側から建物等の内側への避難を容易に行うことのできる浸水防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】床面に形成される窪みに配置され、前記床面と同じ高さに露出する平面形状から前記床面よりも高い位置に形成される階段形状へ変形自在に形成される路面部と、前記路面部を平面形状と階段形状とに切り替える起立手段とを備える。【選択図】図４
