To provide an inspection hatch frame and an inspection hatch structure having excellent sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: An inspection hatch frame 1 includes an outer frame 10 and an inner frame 20. The outer frame 10 and the inner frame 20 respectively have frame bodies 11, 21, upper flange portions 12, 22, and lower flange portions 13, 23. The upper flange portions 12, 22 and the lower flange portions 13, 23 of the outer frame 10 and the inner frame 20 are formed so that at least portions thereof face in the up-down direction when the inner frame 20 is in the closed position. The inspection hatch frame 1 includes an upper packing 31 sandwiched between the facing portions of the upper flange portions 12, 22 of the outer frame 10 and the inner frame 20, and a lower packing 32 sandwiched between the facing portions of the lower flange portions 13, 23 of the outer frame 10 and the inner frame 20, when the inner frame 20 is in the closed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
