To provide an electrically-driven door closer capable of automatically closing an opened door at the time of power outage.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven door closer which electrically closes a door includes: a main shaft 4 rotating being interlocked with opening/closing of the door; a drive unit 10 for imparting a closing force to the main shaft 4 at the time of electric conduction; a control unit 11 for controlling the drive unit 10; and a self-closing part 6 for power outage for imparting a closing force to the main shaft 4 at the time of power outage. The self-closing part 6 includes: a spring 30 for generating a closing force; an energy accumulation part for allowing the spring 30 to accumulate energy by the door-opening operation at the time of power outage, and imparting the closing force of the spring 30 to the main shaft 4; and a switching part for bringing the spring 30 into a retreat state so that the energy accumulation part and the spring 30 are not interlocked when the door opens/closes at the time of electric conduction, and bringing the spring 30 into a connection state so that the energy accumulation part and the spring 30 are interlocked when the door opens/closes at the time of power outage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
