FULL OPEN LOCK DEVICE FOR SLIDE DOOR
To solve the problem in which, in conventional full open lock devices for slide doors, it is difficult to strike a balance between a restriction force at the time of full opening and an operation force at the time of closing.SOLUTION: A device which locks a slide door D of a vehicle V at a full open position includes: a guide rail 1 arranged in the vehicle; a roller 2 arranged on the slide door D side, and moving along the guide rail 1; and a tabular lock spring 3 for preventing the roller 2 which has moved to the full open position from moving in the closing direction. In the lock spring 3, a tip part can advance/retreat with respect to the inside of the guide rail 1 with a base end part being a rotation center, it is energized in a state where the tip part has advanced into the guide rail 1 by an elastic body 8, and it has a release mechanism for rotating the lock spring 3 in the direction in which the tip part retreats from the inside of the guide rail 1. A sufficient restriction force of the slide door D at the time of full opening and reduction in an operation force at the time of closing the slide door D are both achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来のスライドドアの全開ロック装置では、全開時の拘束力と閉じる際の操作力とのバランスをとることが困難であった。【解決手段】車両VのスライドドアDを全開位置でロックする装置であって、車両に配置したガイドレール1と、スライドドアD側に配置され且つガイドレール1に沿って移動するローラ2と、全開位置に移動したローラ2の閉方向の移動を阻止する板状の係止ばね3とを備え、係止ばね3が、基端部を回動中心として先端部がガイドレール1内に対して進退可能であると共に、弾性体8により先端部がガイドレール1内に進入した状態に付勢されており、係止ばね3をその先端部がガイドレール1内から退出する方向に回動させる解除機構を備えた構成とし、全開時におけるスライドドアDの充分な拘束力と、スライドドアDを閉じる際の操作力の軽減とを両立させた。【選択図】図2
