To provide a foundation ground for a building, which can suppress a rise in construction costs while making frost heave less likely to occur, and a construction method for the foundation ground for a building.SOLUTION: A foundation ground 10 of a building has a first improved soil layer 18 formed from first improved soil obtained by mixing a solidification material into soil, and the first improved soil layer 18 has a strength to prevent volume expansion due to freezing. A construction method of the foundation ground includes an excavation step of excavating the ground at a planned construction site of the building, and a first improved soil layer formation step of mixing a solidification material into soil to form first improved soil and forming the first improved soil layer from the first improved soil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工事費の高騰を抑制しつつ凍上現象を発生しにくくできる建造物の基礎地盤及び建造物の基礎地盤の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建造物の基礎地盤１０は、土に固化材を混合した第１改良土によって形成された第１改良土層１８を有し、前記第１改良土層１８は、凍結による体積膨張を防ぐ強度を有している。基礎地盤の施工方法は、前記建造物の建設予定地の地盤を掘削する掘削工程と、土に固化材を混合して第１改良土を形成し、前記第１改良土によって前記第１改良土層を形成する第１改良土層形成工程と、を経る。【選択図】図１
