To provide a vibration suppression member which elastically absorbs vibration, and which includes a sufficient vibration suppression effect for protecting a structure with respect to an earthquake, to provide a vibration suppression system and to provide a vibration suppression method used for the same.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression member 1 includes a pipe member 11, a hollow annular member 111, a shaft member 12, a first shaft holding member 13, a second shaft holding member 14, a first elastic member 15, and a second elastic member 16. Also, a vibration suppression system S includes a first connection member 21 and a second connection member 22 connected to the vibration suppression member and to a structure C. Also, a vibration suppression method connects the first connection member and the second connection member in the structure, and between the first connection member and the second connection member, the vibration suppression member is arranged and the vibration with respect to the structure is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
