To provide a piping member and a piping system, which can improve flow rate while suppressing decrease in designability.SOLUTION: A piping member has a pipe part, which has a small diameter part on an upstream side and a large diameter part on a downstream side and extends in a pipe axis direction so as to constitute the downstream side of a bent flow channel of a piping system, and a projection member provided on an inner surface of the pipe part. The length in the pipe axis direction of the small diameter part is shorter than the length in the pipe axis direction of a socket fitted to an outer periphery of the small diameter part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
