ROAD DRAINAGE DITCH DEVICE
To provide a road drainage ditch device that can solve the following problems that since a U-shaped drainage ditch body thereof is a mixed molding of cement and synthetic resin, it is more brittle than general synthetic resin molded products, and is inconsistent with a metal grating and metal intermediate frames manufactured under dimensional accuracy due to variations in actual dimensional accuracy, especially in corners of a molded product, and burrs, etc., and for this reason, the U-shaped drainage ditch body has problems in terms of dimensional accuracy when a grating is placed thereon.SOLUTION: A road drainage ditch device comprises right and left metal receptacles which are composed of an upper piece that rests on an upper end opening of a U-shaped drainage ditch body, and inner and outer pieces that are bent from both right and left sides of the upper piece and are inserted into and clamped to the right and left mouth edge step parts of the U-shaped drainage ditch body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 Ｕ字型排水溝体がセメントと合成樹脂との混合成型品であることから、一般の合成樹脂成形品に比し脆く、特に成形品の角部等の実寸精度にバラつき、更にはバリ等が伴うことによって、寸法精度下で製造された金属製品のグレーチング及び金属製中間フレームとの整合性に欠け、グレーチングを載置させることは実寸精度上、支障が伴うこと等の課題を解決する。【解決手段】 路上排水溝装置に於いて、Ｕ字型排水溝体の上端開口部に着座する上片及びこの上片の左右から折り曲げられて該Ｕ字型排水溝体の左右口縁段部を差込み挟持する内外片にて構成された金属製の左右受金とで成したことを特徴とした路上排水溝装置。【選択図】図１
