To provide: a grout material that has a high fluidity retention effect and a low mixing resistance, that sets more quickly, that increases a foaming effect, and that can reduce shrinkage; a grout mortar composition; and a cured body.SOLUTION: A grout material according to the present invention comprises cement, a foaming substance, and a water reducing agent, where: the cement contains MnO, TiO2 and P2O5 as chemical components; the total content of MnO, TiO2 and P2O5 in the cement is from 0.05 mass% to 2.0 mass% inclusive; and the mass ratio ((MnO+TiO2)/P2O5) of the total content of MnO and TiO2 to the content of the P2O5 in the cement is from 0.3 to 15 inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
