To achieve reduction of inspection labor and time for a joint section and improvement of inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: An inspection support device supports inspection of a joint section for joining two steel members by a plate member arranged to straddle the two steel members constituting a structure, high strength bolts inserted into each of a plurality of holes formed in the steel members and the plate member, nuts screwed to each high strength bolt, and washers held between each nut and the plate member. The inspection support device includes: a rotation amount acquisition section which acquires a first index value correlated with rotation amount of the nut when tightening the nut by a tightening tool for tightening the nut from the tightening tool as for a tightening unit to be a combination of the high strength bolts, the nuts, and the washers; a determination section which derives a nut determination result obtained by determining whether a value of a nut rotation angle to be each rotation angle of the nuts is within a qualified range on the basis of the first index value as for each tightening unit; and a display control section which displays an inspection result including the nut determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】接合部の検査手間の低減と検査精度の向上を実現する。【解決手段】検査支援装置は、構造物を構成する２つの鉄骨部材にまたがって配置されるプレート部材と、鉄骨部材およびプレート部材に形成された複数の孔のそれぞれに挿入される高力ボルトと、各高力ボルトに螺合するナットと、各ナットとプレート部材との間に挟持される座金と、によって２つの鉄骨部材を接合する接合部の検査を支援する。検査支援装置は、高力ボルトとナットと座金との組み合わせである締結単位について、ナットを締め付ける締め付け工具による締め付けの際のナットの回転量に相関する第１の指標値を締め付け工具から取得する回転量取得部と、締結単位のそれぞれについて、第１の指標値に基づいて、ナットの回転角度であるナット回転角度の値が合格範囲内にあるか否かを判定したナット判定結果を導出する判定部と、ナット判定結果を含む検査結果を表示する表示制御部とを備える。【選択図】図４
