To provide a precast concrete member that can restrain reinforcing-bar rust while reducing a discharge amount of carbon dioxide with relatively low cost.SOLUTION: A precast concrete member 1 has: a plurality of main reinforcing-bars 2; a plurality of shear auxiliary reinforcements 3 placed around the main reinforcing-bar 2; a plurality of main reinforcing-bar embedded parts 8 formed with mortar and embedding the main reinforcing-bar 2; and a precast concrete body 9 formed with low alkali concrete with lower alkalinity than mortar and embedding the main reinforcing-bar embedded parts 8 and the shear auxiliary reinforcements 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
