CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF REFRIGERATED WAREHOUSE, AND STRUCTURE
To provide a construction method of a refrigerated warehouse that can achieve workability improvement and resource saving while securing heat insulating properties and fire resistance, and a structure thereof.SOLUTION: When constructing a floor slab Sn at a layer higher than a second floor, multiple supporting materials 5 are bridged at an interval between a beam 3 and a beam 3, plane surfaces are formed by laying non-inflammable heat insulation panels 6 configured by interposing a non-inflammable heat insulation layer 6b between a pair of upper and lower thin metallic plates 6a on each supporting material 5, a concrete floor 9 is formed on the plane surfaces, and a fire-resisting heat insulation layer 10 is formed by spraying a heat insulation material 10a and a fire-resisting coat material 10b onto a portion protruded lower than the non-inflammable heat insulation panel 6 of each beam 3 and a lower surface area of the non-inflammable heat insulation panel 6 adjacent to the portion. After solidifying concrete 9a, some of the multiple supporting materials 5 are removed from between the beam 3 and the beam 3 bridged to each other, and are used as furring strip materials 13 of an outer wall 12 of refrigerated warehouse 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】断熱性および耐火性を確保しつつ、施工性向上および省資源化を図ることができる冷蔵倉庫の構築方法およびその構造を提供する。【解決手段】二階以上の階層での床スラブSnを構築する際に、梁3と梁3との間に間隔をあけて複数本の支持材5を架け渡し、上下一対の薄肉金属板6aの間に不燃断熱層6bが介在して構成されている不燃断熱パネル6を、各支持材5の上に敷設して平面を形成し、この平面上にコンクリート床9を形成し、各梁3の不燃断熱パネル6よりも下方に突出している部分およびこの部分に隣接する不燃断熱パネル6の下面領域を断熱材10a、耐火コート材10bを吹き付けることにより耐火断熱層10を形成し、コンクリート9aの固化後に、複数本の支持材5のうち一部の本数を、架け渡した梁3と梁3との間から取外して冷蔵倉庫1の外壁12の胴縁材13として使用する。【選択図】図13
