PEDESTRIAN CROSSING MARKING SYSTEM
To provide a low-cost pedestrian crossing marking system that improves pedestrian safety and is easy to maintain.SOLUTION: A pedestrian crossing marking system is provided with a projector 3 which is provided in a signal 1 and projects an image of a pedestrian crossing in a three-dimensional space on a roadway, and a projector control unit 2 which is operatively connected to the projector and controls the projector based on a light switching signal of the signal. The projector control unit comprises a switching signal reception unit 4 that receives the light switching signal of the signal, a video data storage unit 5 that stores video data of the pedestrian crossing, and a video signal transmission unit 6 that transmits a video signal to the projector so that the video of the pedestrian crossing is projected from the projector at the timing when the traffic light is switched to blue and the projection by the projector is ended at the timing when the traffic light is switched to red, based on the light switching signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】歩行者の安全の向上が図れ、かつメンテナスが容易な低コストの横断歩道標示システムを提供する。【解決手段】信号機1に設けられ、車道上の三次元空間内に横断歩道の映像を投影するプロジェクター3と、プロジェクターに作動的に接続され、信号機の灯火切替信号に基づき、プロジェクターを制御するプロジェクター制御ユニット2を備える。プロジェクター制御ユニットは、信号機の灯火切替信号を受信する切替信号受信部4と、横断歩道の映像データが格納された映像データ格納部5と、灯火切替信号に基づき、信号機が青色に切り替わるタイミングでプロジェクターから横断歩道の映像が投影され、信号機が赤色に切り替わるタイミングでプロジェクターによる投影が終了するように、プロジェクターに映像信号を送信する映像信号送信部6を有する。【選択図】図1
