DURABILITY EVALUATION METHOD FOR FORMWORK
To provide a durability evaluation method for a formwork, by which a durability evaluation can be performed easily with high precision in a short time.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating durability of a water-repellent layer, in a formwork for a concrete molding formwork including a formwork body and the water-repellent layer disposed on a formwork surface of the formwork body, includes: a crashing step S1 of crashing a predetermined amount of water jetted in a shower state against a test face of a test piece which is the formwork continuously for a predetermined time from a predetermined distance; and evaluation steps S2, S3 of then removing water droplets adhering to the test face, allowing water droplets to free-fall from a predetermined height with respect to the test face which is inclined upward at a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal direction, and thereafter evaluating durability of the test face based on movements of the water droplets on the test face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐久性評価を短時間で簡易かつ高精度に行える型枠の耐久性評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】型枠本体と、前記型枠本体の型枠表面に設けられた撥水層とを備えるコンクリート成形用の型枠における前記撥水層の耐久性を評価する方法であって、前記型枠からなる試験体の試験面に対して所定距離からシャワー状に噴射した所定流量の水を所定時間継続して衝突させる衝突ステップS1と、その後、前記試験面に付着した水滴を除去し、水平に対して所定角度だけ傾斜して上向きに配置した前記試験面に対して所定高さから水滴を自由落下させた後の前記試験面における前記水滴の動きに基づいて、前記試験面の耐久性を評価する評価ステップS2、S3とを有するようにする。【選択図】図1
