To provide a toilet seat device having simply usable fine air bubble generation means.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device of the invention comprises: a nozzle assembly 59 on which a water discharge part 66 for discharging water toward a private part of a user is provided; a jet part 57 to discharge the water to the inside of a toilet bowl 1; and an UFB nozzle 77 to generate fine air bubbles in the water passing through. The toilet seat device has a constitution in which water containing the fine air bubbles is supplied to the nozzle assembly 59 and the jet part 57. Consequently, the toilet seat device having the fine air bubble generation means can be simply used without requiring a special piping work and others for fitting the fine air bubble generation means to a washing water supply piping as in a conventional case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
