REFRIGERATION WAREHOUSE STRUCTURE
To provide a refrigeration warehouse structure which can shorten a beam lower dimension, while securing heat insulation performance between a first room and a second room adjacent to each other and having difference in preset temperatures in the rooms.SOLUTION: A step part 4c is provided at a partition position between a slab 4a of a first room RA and a slab 4b of a second room RB positioned below a partition wall 2 for partitioning the first room RA and the second room RB, and in a recessed part of the slab 4b of the second room RB which is recessed with respect to the slab 4a of the first room RA, a lower end part of a wall heat insulation material 2a, a floor heat insulation material 9 and a presser material 10 are arranged. In a first composite beam 3a which is provided at the step part 4c, an upper surface of a first steel beam 7a is made to contact a lower surface of the slab 4a, and a stud 8 provided on the upper surface of the first steel beam 7a is buried in the slab 4a. In a second composite beam 3b which is provided in the second room RB, an upper part of a second steel beam 7b is buried in the slab 4b, and the stud 8 provided at the upper part of the second steel beam 7b is buried in the slab 4b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】室内の設定温度に差を設ける隣り合う第一部屋と第二部屋との間の断熱性能を確保しつつ、梁下寸法をより短くできる冷蔵倉庫構造を提供する。【解決手段】第一部屋RAと第二部屋RBとを仕切る間仕切り壁2の下方に位置する第一部屋RAのスラブ4aと第二部屋RBのスラブ4bとの仕切り位置に段差部4cを設け、第一部屋RAのスラブ4aに対して窪んでいる第二部屋RBのスラブ4bの窪み部に壁断熱材2aの下端部と床断熱材9と押さえ材10とを配置する。段差部4cに設ける第一合成梁3aは、スラブ4aの下面に第一鉄骨梁7aの上面を当接させ、第一鉄骨梁7aの上面に設けたスタッド8をスラブ4aに埋設する。第二部屋RB内に設ける第二合成梁3bは、スラブ4bに第二鉄骨梁7bの上部を埋設し、第二鉄骨梁7bの上部に設けたスタッド8をスラブ4bに埋設する。【選択図】図2
