EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION TABLE AND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION TABLE
To install an installation table which is a heavy object like a concrete slab with respect to various installation surfaces having different inclination angles, without mounting a member such as an anchor on the installation surface, easily and accurately without labor and trouble.SOLUTION: An equipment installation table 1 which is installed on a foundation concrete surface 2 holding equipment and inclined includes: an installation table body 3 comprising tabular concrete base blocks 4, 5, and having a holding surface for holding the equipment; and adjustment bolts 11, 12, 13, 14 mounted at different positions of the installation table body 3, and for making the holding surface horizontal by independently adjusting a distance between a bottom surface of the installation table body 3 and the foundation concrete surface 2. In the equipment installation table 1, a filling port 5F which is filled in a space formed between the bottom surface of the installation table body 3 and the foundation concrete surface 2 in a state where the holding surface is horizontal and which fills a filler for fixing the installation table body 3 to the foundation concrete surface 2 is provided at the installation table body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】傾斜角度が異なる種々の設置面に対して、設置面にアンカー等の部材を取り付けることなく、コンクリート板のような重量物である設置台を、労力と手間をかけることなく、容易かつ正確に水平に設置できるようにする。【解決手段】設備機器を保持し傾斜した基礎コンクリート面２に設置される設備機器設置台１であって、コンリート製の平板状のベースブロック４、５からなり前記設備機器を保持する保持面を有する設置台本体３と、設置台本体３の異なる位置に取り付けられ、設置台本体３の底面と基礎コンクリート面２との距離を独立して調整して前記保持面を水平にする調整ボルト１１、１２、１３、１４とを備え、前記保持面が水平な状態で設置台本体３の底面と基礎コンクリート面２との間に形成される空間に充填されて設置台本体３を基礎コンクリート面２に固定する充填剤を充填する充填口５Ｆが設置台本体３に設けられている設備機器設置台１。【選択図】図１
