To provide a humidity adaptability steam barrier which is mechanically reinforced, which satisfies a higher requirement regarding recyclability and which includes a function layer made of a PA material.SOLUTION: A humidity adaptability steam barrier includes: a function layer which is made of a PA material and which is in a film form; a reinforcement layer which is also made of the PA material, preferably made of the same PA material as the material of the function layer; an auxiliary agent layer which is arbitrarily arranged between the function layer and the reinforcement layer, and which is especially an adhesive agent layer; and arbitrarily printing.
